Dr Paul Eliadis is a clinical haematologist and oncologist, a patron of the arts, philanthropist, and benefactor of UQ's endowed Chair of Classics and Ancient History.
Dr Eliadis has over 35 years of experience in clinical haematology and oncology, focusing on the management of malignant disease. He has been and continues to be involved in numerous clinical trials.
In 1988, Dr Eliadis co-founded The Wesley Clinic for Haematology and Oncology. Since then, the clinic has developed into the largest and most progressive provider of haematology and oncology day services in Australia, and is now known as Icon Cancer Care.
Dr Eliadis is a Senior visiting practitioner to the Wesley Hospital, a member of the Wesley Hospital's Medical Advisory Committee, a member of the Wesley Hospital's Quality Assurance Committee, a Visiting Medical Officer in Clinical Haematology and Medical Oncology at Cairns Private Hospital and Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University.
As a philanthropist, Dr Eliadis has been an avid supporter of medicine, the arts and the classics through The Eliadis Foundation.
